First of all, please send us your 2d drawing (you draw on paper), or if you can't draw, simply send us a detailed description with detailed illustrations available on the internet. If you can not find out a way to describe it, you can choose some product from any source and ask us if you want to change blah blah blah on the sample.
We got your request, and send it to our 3D design team. We have guys who can draw on Matrix and Zbrush so we can do regular jewelry design or jewelry with art.
Once the design team completes the 3D design, we will render it into 4-6 images with different views or with an additional 360 video in case you want to see more detail.
After checking the images and video, if you need to change anything, please let us know, and we will do it for you. Please circle with the red pen in the Paint desktop app all things that you need to change and send us/talk to us., we will do it for you until you satisfy.
When you satisfy with the 3D design, we will print it out with our 3D printer. We use Formlab 3 to print out the prototype, normally we make 3 ones. After printing is done, we will do waxing those prototypes and pick up the 2 best quality among 3 processed prototype resins and make a waxing tree, and then send them to the casting procedure. It takes about 3 hours to prepare and takes about 12 hours for casting, we take it out and start to process the jewelry.
We do all procedures manually: grinding, FILING / ASSEMBLY, AND PRE POLISHING, METAL SETTING, and attaching the gemstone so that you can get premium quality. We do quality check for every step. After those steps, if the quality is good, we bring them to get Polished, and then we do a quality check.
To maintain premium quality, we do it carefully and check the quality to a very high standard. If any scratches, things abnormal in shape, or any point got different color.. found, we will bring that item to recycle process and keep only the one that maintains the high quality.
All jewelry passing the final steps will get rhodium plated so that they look very beautiful, shiny white. We use rhodium from Legor, a very famous manufacturer in the world from Italia. So there is no need for you to worry about allergy... when you wear our jewelry.
