Easiest Level
The easiest level is when you see a jewelry on our site, and you would like to change it a little bit.
It can be a change with the material, gold plated or gold , or it can be choosing germ stone, moissanite or lab grown diamond. Additionally, you can ask us to change the shape or even the whole design of the jewelry. We will give you live support using Teamview or live chat so that you can ask us to change until you are satisfied.
Harder Case
It also can be a harder case, like you find some design somewhat similar to your idea on internet, then you describe your idea, draw the thing you want and then we will work via Teamview (mostly) or live chat so that we can understand your design and we adjust the design follow your instruction until you satisfy.
Draw Your Idea
Or if you have only an idea, please draw your idea, as much as possible. Then we will work, and give you some solutions. You pick up the best design and then we will work together live, via Teamview. You tell us what to change until you are satisfied.
Custom for Businesses
In addition, we also make a custom for businesses and companies in need. For the corporate, we have different procedures. We know the product we make will be very useful for your branding awareness so we will create a great one for you.
Design Already
Firstly, if you have a design already, please send it to us. We will create a sample first, then send it to you. If you like it, we will sign an agreement and then we will make the large volume for you.
Create the Design
If you have an idea only, please let us know, we will create the design with your corporate logo on it. We work together live, you let us know what to change until you are satisfied. Then we will make a sample, send it to you. If you would like to change anything, we will continue the optimization process and make the necessary changes based on your feedback. Or If you already like it, we will make a large volume.
